Please note that all appointment times are listed in Pacific Time. You are welcome to book sessions even if you reside in a different time zone.

Following your first free session, you’ll have the option to continue your fitness journey with personalized paid workout sessions. These 30-minute sessions are priced at $25 each and will be tailored to your specific fitness level and goals.

  • Personalized workout plan: Join me for 30-minute online sessions! Receive personalized guidance, tailored to your fitness level and goals. I’ll demonstrate exercises, provide real-time feedback, and ensure proper form.
  • Free eBook Bonus: You’ll receive two of my eBooks, “How to lose fat and gain muscle simultaneously” and “How to program your workout plan” absolutely free! These eBooks are designed to educate and empower you on your fitness journey.
  • Equipment: For beginners, we’ll start with bodyweight exercises. As you progress, we’ll gradually incorporate dumbbells. Eventually, you can use your own dumbbells, and I’ll guide you on selecting the appropriate weight based on your fitness level and goals.

Cancel & refund policy: To cancel your appointment, please notify me via email at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. Full refunds will be issued for cancellations received within this timeframe. Please note that cancellations received less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may not be eligible for a refund.

  2. Workout session: Full-body or split-muscle workouts with customizable sets, reps, and exercises
  3. Q&A (with cool down)
