  • IN-HOME (Gym-to-Door): For the convenience of a personal trainer at your doorstep. (Bothell, Kirkland & Woodinville)

  • IN-GYM: For that high-energy feel at Hustle Fit Gym (Kirkland or Redmond). No more “gym-timidation”—I’ll be there every step of the way.

ONLINE Training

What to Expect:

  • Personalized Guidance: During the initial free session, we’ll discuss your individual fitness goals, current fitness level, and any specific challenges you’re facing.
  • Expert Advice: I’ll provide personalized advice and guidance tailored to your unique needs and aspirations.
  • Personalized Online Training: Work out with me directly and receive customized guidance tailored to your fitness level and goals. I’ll demonstrate exercises, provide real-time feedback, and ensure proper form.
  • Flexibility: Booking online is super easy – just check the schedule and pick a time that works for you! No weekly commitment, book whenever you feel like it!
  • Price: A single 30 minute online session is priced at $45

IN-HOME (Gym-to-Door) Training

What to Expect: Only female clients in the Kirkland/Bothell area

  • I come to you! Imagine this: a full 60-minute fitness class, tailored just for you, in the comfort and convenience of your own home. No more stressful commutes or worrying about all other things! I bring everything we need – all the necessary equipment – right to your doorstep. No gym membership fee!
  • Expert Advice: I’ll provide personalized advice and guidance tailored to your unique needs and aspirations.
  • Personalized Home Delivered Workout Session: When you work out with me, you’ll get personalized coaching that’s designed specifically for your fitness level and what you want to achieve. I’ll demonstrate each exercise, give you real-time feedback, and make sure you’re doing everything correctly.
  • Custom 4-Week Workout Plan: A plan designed specifically for you.
  • Basic Nutritional Guidance: Essential dietary advice to support your fitness goals.
  • Price:  A single 60-minute session is priced at $120. Forget gym membership fee! Please ask about our current promotional offers and special packages.

Gym training

What to Expect: Open to all clients at either Hustle Fit Gym (Kirkland) OR Hustle Fit Gym (Redmond)

  • High-Energy Environment: Step onto the gym floor and experience an invigorating workout without the “gym-timidation.” Whether you want to lift heavier, master the equipment, or build your confidence, I am right there with you every step of the way!
  • Expert Advice: Personalized advice and guidance tailored to your unique needs and aspirations.
  • Personalized Training Session: A full 60-minute session featuring focused, hands-on coaching, real-time form correction, and the right level of challenge for your fitness level.
  • Custom 4-Week Workout Plan: A plan designed specifically for you to follow, both in and out of our sessions.
  • Basic Nutritional Guidance: Essential dietary advice to support your fitness goals.
  • Price:  * A single 60-minute session is priced at $100.
  • Exclusive Client Perk: The gym membership is limited to one location of your choice (Kirkland or Redmond). As a NakaNaka Fitness client, you receive an exclusive gym membership rate with no initiation fee (contingent upon completing a minimum of 2 gym-based sessions per month with me at that selected location).

Hi, I am Erika! After several fulfilling years as a stay-at-home mom, I am excited to bring my professional passion for health and fitness to you. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Nutrition from the University of California, Davis, and having worked with countless corporate professionals and tech leaders, I’ve built a reputation for delivering transformative results over several years at the prestigious Meta campus gym.

As an NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Physique & Bodybuilding Coach, I specialize in building safe, effective routines using corrective exercise and mobility work. Whether you are looking to move without pain—using techniques like Functional Movement Screening (FMS Level 1 & 2)—or simply need motivation and accountability, I provide Personalized Online, In-Home, and In-Gym Training Sessions tailored to your unique lifestyle.

Fluent in both English and Japanese, I pride myself on clear communication and holistic, results-driven coaching. I look forward to helping you achieve your health and fitness goals!

My fitness journey

My story is one anybody can all relate to: I started my fitness journey after seeing a family photo that inspired a change, and I discovered that true health is about more than just numbers on a scale or how you look. Through consistent effort and a mindset shift, I not only transformed my body but also found a new level of confidence and peace.

My philosophy is rooted in finding a healthy balance between your mind and body. At NakaNaka Mom Fitness, the focus is on building a positive relationship with your body, finding a balanced approach to fitness, and celebrating the journey of becoming your strongest, happiest self.

Beauty of strength training

I’ve fallen in love with strength training! It’s transformed me both physically and mentally. I’m passionate about sharing the ‘why, what, and how’ of strength training to help others. While we’ll focus on strength training, we’ll also incorporate cardio, HIIT, and other home workouts to keep things interesting.
