- 1-Hour Fitness & 23-Hour Lifestyle Coaching: When you work out with me, you get real-time feedback, form correction, and personalized coaching designed specifically for your fitness level. But we don’t stop when the workout ends. Together, we’ll look at your home environment and daily habits to build a sustainable, stress-free routine for the other 23 hours of your day.

Hi, I am Erika! After several fulfilling years as a stay-at-home mom, I am excited to bring my professional passion for health and fitness to you as a Fitness & Lifestyle Designer. My coaching philosophy is simple: 1 hour to train & 23 hours to design. True transformation is decided by what happens outside the gym—your movement, sleep, stress, and nutrition. I don’t just train you for an hour; I help you design the rest of your day to support your goals.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Nutrition from the University of California, Davis. Having worked with countless corporate professionals and tech leaders, I’ve built a reputation for delivering transformative results over several years at the prestigious Meta campus gym.
As an NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Physique & Bodybuilding Coach, I specialize in building safe, effective routines using corrective exercise and mobility work. Whether you are looking to move without pain—using techniques like Functional Movement Screening (FMS Level 1 & 2)—or simply need motivation and accountability, I provide Personalized Online, In-Home, and In-Gym Training Sessions tailored to your unique lifestyle.
Fluent in both English and Japanese, I pride myself on clear communication and holistic, results-driven coaching. I look forward to helping you take the guesswork out of your routine and achieve your goals!
My fitness journey
My fitness journey started the way it does for many of us: I saw a family photo that inspired a change. But for a long time, I fell into a trap that so many can relate to. I was constantly chasing a “perfect” body, training intensely, and trapped in an exhausting ON and OFF cycle.
When I was “ON,” I trained brutally hard and strictly restricted my diet. When I was “OFF,” I completely stopped moving and ate whatever I wanted. It was all or nothing, and it was exhausting.

Finding the “NakaNaka” Balance
Eventually, I realized the missing piece: true body and mind transformation doesn’t happen during a single intense hour in the gym—it changes mostly outside the gym.
I stopped chasing an unrealistic perfection and instead found a NakaNaka (pretty) good harmony between my mind and body. I shifted my focus from extreme, unsustainable routines to designing a daily lifestyle. That sustainable lifestyle change is what keeps me “ON” all the time now—not in a stressful, super-intense way, but in a way that I can joyfully maintain for the rest of my life.
Reaching this ultimate place of peace and consistency is what evolved my role—allowing me to serve you not just as a fitness trainer, but as your 23-Hour Lifestyle Designer.
