How to make the creamiest greek yogurt bowl

Are you a fan of Greek yogurt? I am! This is the creamiest Greek yogurt I have ever had! Now I eat this for breakfast or snack almost every day!

Ingredients:

  • Your favorite Greek yogurt
  • Your favorite fruit
  • Your favorite cereal/granola
  • Your favorite honey

So simple! Just pick your favorites!

My favorite Greek yogurt for now (it changes over time) is strained Greek yogurt low-fat plain by Lucerne.

I was going for nonfat Greek yogurt for a while, but I just could not resist the taste of it. With low fat, I can taste the rich flavor.

If you look at the nutrition facts, it has only 3g of fat for 170g of yogurt so I switched from nonfat to low fat because it tastes much better to me!

For cereal or granola, my favorite for now is Three Wishes cocoa flavor. They also have honey, cinnamon, fruity, pumpkin spice, sugar cookie, and gingerbread flavors. I have tried cocoa, honey, and cinnamon, and cocoa is my favorite for now. I will definitely try other flavors too!

To make Greek yogurt the creamiest and thickest, I strain yogurt.

  1. Put two layers of kitchen paper in a bowl.
  2. Put Greek yogurt in the bowl.
  3. Wrap the bowl and put it in the fridge overnight.

This is it! Next day, your Greek yogurt turns out very thick and creamy.

Tips to enjoy it:

You can actually mix it with honey before straining it so that it is mixed evenly. Trust me, you cannot stir the next day because Greek yogurt is too thick!

You can also mix your favorite kind of jelly and/or cocoa powder before straining it. I have tried both, and it really tasted like strawberry cheesecake or chocolate cheesecake. Please give a try!

A new addition to cocoa or strawberry jelly. I tried with green tea powder, and this is the winner for me! I literally have it every morning!

Put everything in a bowl and enjoy!
