Seattle area moms, let’s get together! Join me for FREE 60-minute group workouts starting Spring 2025. We’ll be combining HIIT, cardio, and strength training to create a dynamic and energizing experience.
Here’s what you can expect:
- Full 60-Minute Workout: A well-rounded session to get your heart pumping and muscles working.
- Equipment Provided: All necessary equipment will be supplied (and must be returned after use).
- Bring Your Own Mat (Optional): Feel free to bring your own yoga mat for added comfort.
- Stroller-Friendly: Bring your little ones in strollers! (For their safety, kiddos must remain in strollers throughout the entire class.)
- Limited Spots: Maximum attendance is 15 moms, ensuring a personalized experience.
- Completely FREE: No cost to participate!
- Community Connection: Enjoy a fun workout while connecting with other local moms.
- Location: The class will be held at various parks in Bellevue, Bothell, and Kirkland, WA.

- Comment “I am in (# of kids)” on the announcement post: If you can make it to the class, comment in my post! The first 15 moms to comment will secure their spots.
