Hi everyone! I am Erika. I am a mom of two boys, E and Y. E is 9 years old, and Y is 6 years old. I am so lucky and happy to be these boys’ mom. I have truly enjoyed every moment with these boys. Of course, I sometimes have some challenges or struggles in parenting, and that makes me grow as a mom and a person. Every day is different and special with them.
Following a few years as a stay-at-home mom, I’m excited to share my experience as a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM). I have a few years of gym experience and now offer personalized online fitness sessions.


My fitness journey
My fitness journey began in May 2020, sparked by an unflattering family photo. I gained weight after pregnancy with the two boys and being stuck at home with my boys during the pandemic, not moving much but baking cakes and cookies every single day. My bigger arms in the photo were telling me to change myself. I set a goal to lose weight by my birthday in September. Through a combination of walking, running, at-home strength training, and a balanced diet, I achieved my goal. I was the greatest version of myself, and I felt wonderful physically and emotionally! This was definitely a turning point for me. The transformation boosted my confidence and inspired me to pursue a career as a fitness expert.”
Beauty of strength training
I’ve fallen in love with strength training! It’s transformed me both physically and mentally. I’m passionate about sharing the ‘why, what, and how’ of strength training to help others. While we’ll focus on strength training, we’ll also incorporate cardio, HIIT, and other home workouts to keep things interesting.
